Deltaworx meets Klub Dramatik

There’s a new festival in town! After a successful first edition in 2017, Klub Dramatik returned to Antwerp in June, offering its nearly 2.000 visitors a day of niche-oriented electronic music in an intimate green setting. As they did last year, they turned to Deltaworx for the recruitment of their serving staff. We asked Jim Van Eupen, one of the founding fathers of Klub Dramatik, how he experienced working with Deltaworx.

Getting to know Deltaworx

“Organizing a festival is challenging, to say the least. There are so many things you have to take into account. That’s why we gladly let an external party supply us with staff. Two old classmates of mine worked at Deltaworx, so I knew the company through them. From the first time we sat down together, me and my Klub Dramatik partners felt our project was in good hands. CEO Jeroen and his colleagues are our age, so they could easily read our needs. Another thing that makes Deltaworx stand out is their great communication. Whenever we contacted them, we got an immediate reply. Top-notch!”

The right staff

“The people who worked for us during the first edition of the festival were so great, we asked for the same group this year. Twenty Deltaworkers helped turning our festival into a success. As requested, they were responsible and had a hands-on mentality. A lot could go wrong at a festival, so we needed people apt to solve problems. To avoid the staff handing out free drinks to friends, which would mean an extra cost for us, Deltaworx selected people from Brussels and Ghent to work at our Antwerp-based festival. Our Walloon visitors were happily surprised to be served in French.”

Part of the family

“I would advise anyone who hosts an event to contact Deltaworx. It’s a pleasure working with both them and their Deltaworkers. After the festival was finished, we even took the entire team out for a drink. Next year, we’ll certainly request the same crew again for the even bigger and better third edition of our festival. They’re truly a part of the Klub Dramatik family.”
