Congrats to Antwerp’s Deltaworker of the Month April, Vincent Aluisio!

No matter what job they’re doing or where they’re at, Deltaworkers always do their best to deliver outstanding work. To honour this attitude, we created the Deltaworker of the Month, a title that is rewarded monthly to one Deltaworker per region. In Antwerp, we granted the title to Vincent Aluisio, a 19-year old year student Teacher Education at AP.   

 

Money and friends

“As a first-year student, I was looking for a way to earn money and to make friends at the same time”, says Vincent. “One of my friends worked at Deltaworx and advised me to join. The idea of choosing my own timetable and having nice colleagues convinced me. I work there six months now, and I really love it. I have super fun co-workers, the clients are friendly and also the maîtres at the venues are nice to work with.”  

Stage building, hospitality and promo jobs

“The jobs I do are very different: building stages at events, serving drinks at weddings, promoting brands… My favorite job till now was promoting Komono in the city centre. It was a sunny day and people were very curious. I answered their questions, told them more about the brand’s history and really enjoyed the interaction with the customers.”

 

Deltaworx is a family

“Why I’ve become Deltaworker of the month? I’ve really got no idea. Maybe because I replaced some sick co-workers at the last moment, which I believe is obvious to do. Why? Our community is very strong, it sure is a family. In the few months I work at Deltaworx, I met a lot of people. We make lots of fun during work…and during the after work drinks!”

“My advice to become Deltaworker of the month? Be friendly to everyone crossing your path! Make the best out of it, which should be easy if you chose the job yourself.”
