Customer Service Agent

We are looking for enthusiastic colleagues for the Customer Service team.
As a Customer Service Agent you are the voice of this start-up towards their customers. You will be working in a young team and a high degree of independence is expected of you.
You will be the contact point of the organization and, where necessary, offer a suitable solution to our customers. Whether it be via e-mail, telephone or social media. Because you know what is going on with the users, you will also submit suggestions internally to continuously improve our product and service.
We need you to:
- Have a higher education thinking level and be service-oriented
- Speak French (Dutch would be great) and English fluently
- Be flexibel
- Have a problem solving mindset
- Being part of a rapidly growing scale-up and having a lot of impact on the business
- Working in a energetic and young team
- Lots of flexibility (parttime job)
