Administrative & HR Assistant (temporary)

Your week begins with an energetic team meeting where you and your colleagues on the admin team discuss to-do’s and establish clear action items. After a good cup of coffee, you plunge enthusiastically into the weekly and monthly closings – from A to Z.

We are looking for a dedicated student, flexi (retirees are also welcome) or 3/5th colleague to join our team a few days a week (preferably 3 days) during a maternity replacement. The contract runs from October/November 2025 to the end of April 2026, with possibility of extension (without guarantee).

Your duties at a glance:
  • Handle incoming invoices (knowledge of Yuki is a plus).
  • Prepare outgoing invoices, follow up on reminders and related tasks (knowledge of BrightStaffing is a plus).
  • Managing payroll processes from A to Z. Managing and processing personnel files and contract administration. Drafting and reviewing employment contracts and letters.
  • HR processes support recruitment and selection processes: including onboarding, follow-up on absences and work accidents.
  • Perform internal audits.
  • Stock management, facility duties and team building coordination.
